Eight Limbs™ Yoga Education Teacher Trainings at Satellite Locations

Program Description

The ELYE™ teacher training is designed to work exclusively with all participants' base knowledge of yoga, health, and philosophy, regardless of prior experience. It emphasizes the many different aspects of teaching classical Hatha yoga as well as all the other branches of the Eight Limbs™ of yoga as outlined by the great sage Patanjali.

The training modules are multifaceted and consist of 200 to 250 hours of your participation. Core techniques that are covered in the program include asana, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation. Anatomy and physiology in relation to yoga are profoundly incorporated. In short, we have created a platform for deep exploration and investigation of the relationship between body and mind, nature and spirit. The Course Content (outlined below) will give you an idea of the topics covered.

Teachers of the ELYE™ Program are highly specialized, certified yoga instructors. These charismatic professionals, that hail from a variety of yoga-related organizations and traditions, have joined forces with ELYE™ to present various yoga styles and the anatomy/physiology materials. The Directors of ELYE™ Teacher Training Program are Miguel Latronica and Alison Liguori.

ELYE™ is a progressive educational institution. All modules are highly interactive and students receive a great deal of hands-on experience teaching all facets of yoga. The on-site training facilities are equipped with high-end digital recording equipment, as well as various props, including anatomical teaching models and other tools conducive to maintaining a dynamic learning environment.
